Super Eagles’ Coach, Josè Peseiro, has revealed that Ahmed Musa is the brain behind Super Eagles’ success in the ongoing AFCON.
He said Musa is his assistant and he is always there to give him advice on what to do or not to do.
Peseiro also revealed that Musa is a good leader and he is sure Nigeria will win against Ivory Coast, stating that after winning, Ahmed Musa will be the one to lift the cup up and show it to the world.
This was released in a statement via his social media page on Saturday, February 10.
He said;
“Ahmed Musa is special and important to the team. He is my assistant, he advises me, he gives me the necessary support. He is committed in his role and he can play. We shall wait and see tomorrow, but we want to win the AFCON for Musa to lift the trophy”.
Super Eagles of Nigeria will be playing against Ivory Coast on Sunday, February 11 in Abidjan.
