Again, Boko Haram Blows Up Power Tower, Throws Maiduguri Into Darkness

Again, Maiduguri has been thrown into darkness after Boko Haram terrorists blown up a power tower across the city barely three days after the electricity was restored.

The terrorists had struck power installations thrice to keep the city in the dark in January.

Channels Television reported that it took power authorities almost two months to repair the damage inflicted in January as the insurgents laid land mines, which injured officials of the Transmission Company of Nigeria when repairs commenced.

The electricity was however restored on Wednesday March 24.

Becksblog.com.ng learnt, that the Boko Haram terrorists have tagged electricity as #Wutan_NEPA_Haram. Meaning, electricity is a crime.

May God help us in this country. Amen.
