In a closely contested election, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Monday Okpebholo, has emerged victorious in the 2024 Edo State Governorship Election.
The final results from the Edo Decide polls revealed that Okpebholo secured 291,667 votes, defeating his closest rival, Asue Ighodalo, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, who garnered 247,274 votes.
