Singer Augustine Amedu Obiabo, popularly known as Blackface, has made an appeal to his fans, urging them to encourage 2Face and Faze to consider reuniting their iconic music group, Plantashun Boiz.
Blackface shared his heartfelt request on Instagram, reminding fans of the group’s legacy.
In his post, Blackface wrote, “Plantashun Boiz, the question now is to be or not to be and why? @fazealone @official2baba.
My people, oya make una talk put mouth for this matter! We are on a mission for world peace and it’s not a small thing! Unity is strength and not division. Let’s go champs.”
Plantashun Boiz, a group that featured Blackface, 2Face, and Faze, initially split in 2004 after releasing their second album, “Sold Out”.
The trio reunited briefly in 2007 to release their final album, “Plan B”, before parting ways again.
