Renowned Nigerian singer Chidinma Ekile, popularly known as Chidinma Kedike, has opened up about her transition to gospel music, describing it as a divine calling.
Speaking on her decision to leave mainstream secular music, Chidinma shared that she felt a profound shift in her purpose.
“I was tired of doing the same old thing, and I felt like I was being pulled in a different direction. I felt like God was calling me to do something more meaningful with my music,” she revealed.

“I’m not doing gospel music for the fame or the fortune; I’m doing it because it’s what I’m called to do. It’s what brings me joy, and it’s what I feel like I’m supposed to be doing,” she explained.
