Popular Nigerian rapper who welcomed his first child few days ago, Phyno, has reportedly bought a billion naira 20 units of a detached Terrace building on the Island, Lagos state.
The good news was announced to the public by Real Estate Mogul, Ned Okonkwo, on his official Instagram page, as he congratulated him on his new property.
Okonkwo shows his appreciation to the father of one for pulling the deal through.
The property according to multiple sources, is said to be worth over N1.4 billion.
