In a candid revelation, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels shared her thoughts on marriage and her preference for older partners.
Daniels, who is married to Nigerian senator Ned Nwoko, explained her attraction to significantly older men, citing her desire for respect and authority in her relationships.
“Even if I didn’t marry Ned, I would have still married an older man,” Daniels stated. “I’m not attracted to men of my own age group. I’ve never had interest in marrying someone my age or younger. I always wanted someone who is twice my age because I am very stubborn. I want someone I will respect, and someone who can give me orders that I will obey. I respect my husband a lot, and he’s like a big baby to me. I believe that ladies should consider older men as partners.”
Ned Nwoko, who is reportedly more than 40 years her senior, has been a supportive and influential figure in her life.
