Popular Nigerian church leader, Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, widely known as Odumeje, has sparked controversy after disclosing how he handles critics and online trolls.
In a recent sermon to his congregation, the self-styled ‘Indaboski Bahose’ explained his unique approach to those who challenge him on social media.
Odumeje, who is known for his dramatic and unconventional methods, stated that he does not involve the authorities when faced with criticism.
Instead, he claimed that he uses his spiritual powers to deal with persistent trolls, implying that such individuals may face dire consequences.
He told his followers, “I don’t call the police for enemies. When you come for me on social media, I observe and watch your actions.
By the time you challenge me for the fourth or fifth time, I will know you’re ready for me. Then, I prepare myself and invoke power.”
The pastor continued, “If I don’t k!ll you, then know that Jesus is not a true God.”
This shocking statement was met with applause from his congregation, further emphasizing the pastor’s confidence in his spiritual abilities.
Odumeje’s remarks have since garnered attention online, with many questioning the appropriateness of his threats and methods of handling critics.
The controversial figure has often made headlines for his unorthodox practices, and this latest declaration only adds to his long list of polarizing moments in the spotlight.
