Just In: DSS Blàmes IPOB For Post Match Vandalism At Abuja Stadium

The Department of State Service (DSS), has blame the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), over pitch invasion at the Abuja Stadium which occurred on Tuesday night, March 29.

In a video going viral on social media, shows where Nigeria fans stormed the pitch after their country’s failure to make the 2022 World Cup – tearing down dugouts and clashing with police.

Clips uploaded onto social media showed fans rushing out of the stands and pushing over dugouts and advertising boards, before being corralled away by police.

Ghana players were forced to run for cover having begun to celebrate their qualification for the Qatar World Cup, with only a small pocket of visiting fans among the 60,000 in the Nigerian capital’s stadium.

However, while reacting to the incident, the DSS said the attack was planned by IPOB who thought Buhari will watch the match live at MKO Abiola stadium.
