The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang, has taken decisive action by approving the immediate suspension of four key officials.
This development was disclosed in a statement issued by Gyang Bere, the Director of Press and Public Affairs for the Governor’s office.
According to the statement, the officials affected by the suspension are Hon. Chrysanthus Dawam, Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, and Hon. Jamila Tukur, Commissioner for Tourism, Culture, and Hospitality.
In addition, Hon. Dio Lamul, the Special Adviser on Rural Development, and Hon. Moses Sule, the Liaison Officer for Mikang Constituency, were also suspended.
The suspensions are said to be effective immediately, though the statement did not provide specific reasons for this action.
