Popular Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has described her role in the critically acclaimed movie Stronger Than Pain as one of the highlights of her acting career.
The 53-year-old star revealed her sentiments during a recent interview, where she expressed admiration for her co-star, Nkem Owoh, popularly known as Ukwa or Osuofia.
“If I should pick some of my best movies ever, I will definitely start with Stronger Than Pain,” Henshaw shared.
“I mean, it was such a beautiful script, and I couldn’t pass that opportunity by.”
She lauded Owoh’s acting prowess, describing him as “a body of talent” who executes his craft with natural ease.
“You see Nkem Owoh? Osuofia! That man is what you call a body of talent. He does everything so effortlessly. So natural.”
Henshaw further reflected on the success of the movie, which won numerous awards, saying, “I was so honored to share the stage with him, and I am glad the movie got the recognition it deserved with all the awards we won.”
Stronger Than Pain remains a fan favorite in Nollywood’s rich catalog, celebrated for its compelling story and stellar performances.
