Popular Nollywood actor, Kunle Afod, has demonstrated a touching act of kindness by raising N1.3 million to support his ailing colleague, Bisola Badmus.
The veteran actress, who has been battling a brain tumor, recently made headlines after an emotional interview where she opened up about her health struggles and urged her baby daddy, Fuji singer K1 De Ultimate, to take responsibility for their son, Malik.
She also revealed how she has sold her two cars just to pay her hospital bills.
In a bid to help, Kunle Afod visited Bisola’s home and shared their conversation in a heartfelt video on his social media platforms.
The video resonated with fans, and within 24 hours, donations poured in, reaching a total of N1.3 million.
Kunle Afod, known for using his platform to support ailing Nollywood veterans, returned to Bisola’s house alongside other Nollywood stars like Kemi Korede and Foluke Daramola, to deliver the funds raised.
His generosity and the overwhelming response from fans have sparked widespread admiration within the Nollywood community.
