Popular Ghanaian actor, Van Vicker, has shared an interesting revelation about his experiences in Nigeria, particularly regarding the attention he received from Nigerian women.
Speaking candidly, the actor said his status as a foreigner made him unusually popular among women in the country.
“In my little stay in Nigeria, I was happy because the women loved me more as a foreigner than their men,” he revealed. “Until this day, I don’t really know why.”
However, Van Vicker disclosed that his marriage ring played a crucial role in keeping him out of trouble.
He noted that wearing the ring often led to visible disappointment on the faces of women who noticed it, ultimately helping him maintain his boundaries.
“Most times, I would see the disappointment on their faces when they’d noticed it. Thank you, Lord,” he added.
The actor’s remarks provide an amusing glimpse into his personal experiences and highlight the challenges of being a public figure in different cultural settings.
