Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has stated that the issues confronting the nation extend beyond the political sphere and require spiritual intervention.
Speaking during a recent interview, Pastor Adeboye emphasized the need for divine solutions to Nigeria’s myriad problems.
“It is clearer to us that the problem our nation is facing is more than political,” Pastor Adeboye declared. “It’s a problem that requires quite a bit of spiritual solution. We, as a country, are blessed. We are blessed with great people, with great intelligence, and with all manner of resources, and yet we have so many problems.”
He acknowledged the efforts of those in authority, noting that they are doing their best within human capacity.
However, Pastor Adeboye pointed out that some of the challenges the nation faces are beyond human ability to solve.
“When you have problems that are beyond humans’ ability to solve, it becomes evident that a spiritual solution is necessary,” he added, urging the congregation to continue in prayer for divine intervention in the nation’s affairs.
Pastor Adeboye’s comments come at a time when many are expressing concerns about the state of the nation, calling for a multifaceted approach that includes both human efforts and spiritual guidance.
