Nigerian lady identified as Ewaoluwa Olatunji, known by her stage name as Ewa Cole, wins Guinness world records for the longest Christmas sing-a-thon.
The 29-year-old singer who is from Lagos, sang for 31 hours which is from 27-28 December, 2023 to become the first holder of this record.
She was officially announced and awarded by the Guinness World Records via their social media page on Thursday, February 1.
During the record attempt, she sang classic Christmas tunes like “Deck the Halls,” “Frosty the Snowman,” and “Silent Night,” ensuring no song was repeated within a one-hour period.
She was allowed a five-minute break after each continuous hour of singing.
