A Lagos-based Nigerian man, 43, has publicly shared his distressing experience involving an affair that spiraled out of control.
According to the man, who remains anonymous, the woman he had been seeing, in her 20s, moved into his newly completed house with her family and is now blackmailing him with explicit videos she secretly recorded.
The shocking story was shared on Facebook by Nigerian writer Kingdavid Chinaeke Ofunne, popularly known as Ajebo Writer.
In the post, the man recounted how his relationship with the young woman began online. Over the course of three months, they would meet discreetly in hotels or his car, and he believed he had successfully hidden the affair from his wife.
Describing the woman as his “perfect side chick,” the man explained that after completing a house intended for his family, he threw a private party where he invited the woman instead of his wife.
The affair escalated that night, and after an intimate weekend, the man gave her the keys to the house without hesitation. Days later, he returned to find the woman had moved into the house with her family.
When he confronted her, demanding she leave, the woman retaliated by sending him videos of their private moments, threatening to release them to his wife and on social media if he took further action.
