Becksblog reports that Ali Bukar Dalori, the Deputy National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has allegedly distributed 100 million naira in cash to the residents of Borno state.
Dalori mentioned that the initiative aims to support the less privileged and vulnerable individuals during the holy month of Ramadan.
He highlighted that the funds are also intended to provide essential aid to those in need, particularly within the urban area of Maiduguri.
He said the decision to distribute the funds in cash is to ensure swift and direct assistance reaches those who require it most effectively.
The APC leader expressed confidence that the program would provide relief to numerous households, providing them with resources to meet their essential needs during Ramadan.
