Popular Nigerian afrobeat singer, Ayo Balogun, better known as Wizkid, has revealed how life has not been fair to him since the demised of his mother.
Wizkid revealed this while addressing some comments making the rounds on the internet about his physical look at an event recently.
According to report, the award winning singer recently attended the UK première of “Bob Marley: One Love” in London, however, videos of his performance surfaced showing the singer appearing solemn.
Reacting to why he is looking weird via his Instagram story, Wizkid said that he has been disoriented in life since the passing of his mother.
While appreciating his fans, friends and family for their continuous support during this challenging time in his life, Wizkid stated that he would regain himself in the future.
Taking to his Instagram story, he wrote, “Look in the mirror; don’t feel myself. Mama left me, and I lost myself.
“I can’t wait to feel myself again! Life of a soldier! Military with it! Until then, I’ll dey slap away for free so leave me.
“And I’m thankful y’all going through this phase with me. U seen me at my lowest now. When u see me back on my high no complain. Expensive.”
