In a surprising move, Prophet Jeremiah has ceased the sale of his widely-known spiritual products, including miracle water and other items, ahead of an upcoming court case.
The change comes amid intense scrutiny and pressure from a popular online figure known as Verydarkblackman (VDM) and millions of his supporters.
Previously available for purchase, these spiritual products have now been rebranded as giveaway items, with Prophet Jeremiah stating emphatically, “The Spiritual Items are NOT FOR SALE. If I catch you selling it, I will lay a curse on you.” This statement, shared widely on social media, signals a major shift in how the prophet is handling his religious offerings.
This development follows VDM’s request for transparency regarding the ingredients of the miracle soap and water, as well as the presence of a NAFDAC (National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control) registration number.
Instead of providing this information, Prophet Jeremiah responded with a 1 billion naira lawsuit against VDM.
As the court case looms, it appears that the prophet is attempting to reshape the narrative surrounding his products by offering them for free, though registration at his mountain retreat is required to obtain them.
Critics, however, see this as a reaction to the mounting pressure and a sign of the prophet’s unease.
With the controversy growing, all references to the sale of these spiritual items have been removed from Prophet Jeremiah’s website, further indicating a shift in strategy as the legal battle approaches.
