A dissatisfied customer has taken to social media to criticize Hilda Baci’s restaurant after receiving what she deemed an inadequate serving of chicken pepper soup for N6,000.
The customer, who ordered the dish expecting a substantial meal, expressed her shock at the small portion and lack of quality.
In her post, she shared that after paying the N6,000 and waiting for an hour, she was shocked to receive a tiny serving of soup.
At first, she thought it was just extra pepper meant to complement the meal. However, when the restaurant staff thanked her for her patronage, she realized that the tiny amount was the full serving.
“The soup barely filled a small cup. There was no chicken, just some intestines and scraps that looked like leftovers,” she wrote.
She also criticized the soup for being cold, especially in the chilly weather. “It was served cold. Cold food in cold weather? I was totally shocked,” she added.
The customer, who had hoped for a satisfying meal after a long day at work, expressed regret at not opting for street food. “I wish I had just bought street food. This looked like dog vomit,” she commented.
The incident has sparked widespread discussion online, with many users sympathizing with the disappointed customer.
Some have questioned the restaurant’s quality and value for money. As of now, Hilda Baci’s restaurant has not responded to the complaint, leaving many to wonder if they will take action to address the criticism.
