American investigators have flown to London to search for potential UK victims of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, as the music mogul faces serious charges of sex trafficking, drug possession, and firearms offences in the United States.
The probe, which includes cooperation from British detectives, aims to investigate whether Combs, 54, abused women during his regular visits to the UK over the past 30 years.
Combs, who has been in custody since mid-September following his arrest in New York, is accused of orchestrating drug-fuelled, filmed orgies with male s3x workers and coercing women into participating.
These allegations date back to 2008. US prosecutors have expressed concerns that his alleged criminal activities may extend beyond American borders, particularly given his extensive travel history to the UK.
A US source stated, “Wherever he went, the team is now following. Outside of the States, he enjoyed no place more than the UK.”
Combs, whose real name is Sean Combs, has been a prominent figure in both music and high society, frequently attending exclusive events and mingling with celebrities, including members of British royalty.
Prosecutors are urging any individuals in the UK with information to come forward, as they continue to build their case. Combs’ arrest came after years of accusations, including a lawsuit filed last year by ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who accused him of years of sëxüal, physical, and emotional abuse. Though Combs settled the lawsuit quickly, it led to increased scrutiny and further allegations.
If convicted on the current charges, Combs could face a life sentence. His legal team maintains his innocence, with lawyer Marc Agnifilo emphasizing that Combs is “a fighter” and will contest the charges vigorously.
The investigation remains ongoing, with authorities on both sides of the Atlantic working together to uncover the full extent of the allegations.
